Manbharva began with a promise, not a business plan.
When my husband underwent bypass surgery, I found myself looking for food that was genuinely good for him—wholesome, comforting, and nourishing, without compromising on taste. I wanted something that was quick to prepare, made with ingredients I could trust, and free from unnecessary preservatives and shortcuts.
But I couldn’t find what I was looking for.
So, I started making it myself in my kitchen.
I began with simple, home-style recipes prepared with care for my husband’s recovery. Soon, friends and family started tasting them. And then came a question I heard again and again:
“Can you make this for us too?”
That question changed everything.
What began as something I made for my family slowly became Manbharva—a food brand built around the same values I started with: honest ingredients, familiar flavours, convenience, and the warmth of food made with care.
Today, we create ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat foods that are designed for modern lives but inspired by the way we have always cooked at home.
I didn’t want Manbharva to feel like food made in a factory.
I wanted it to feel like something a family member would make for you.
